About

As an Organisational Psychologist and Executive Coach, I specialise in partnering with organisations to help them dissolve obstacles and accelerate growth. And I support leaders in navigating the psychological, physical, and strategic demands of leading businesses - building clarity, confidence, and resilience along the way.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked with high-growth founders, senior leaders, and mission-driven teams across sectors - from scaling tech startups to high-risk industries like energy and aviation. My work blends executive coaching, applied psychology, and evidence-based tools that drive real change.

With an MSc in Occupational Psychology, a Professional Certificate in Strategic Management from Wharton, and as a Certified Hogan Assessor, I bring a practical, science-based approach.

My published research, featured in Forbes and cited by Yale, Columbia, and MIT, explores how mindset, fear of failure, and goal orientation shape impostor feelings in working adults. It offers insights into performance, resilience, and psychological growth, key for leaders and their teams.

I am also a member of the ICF and a part of the Talent World Consulting Network.
